Ella Yoo Jewelry Return Policy
Ella Yoo Jewelry has a 30-day return policy. Customers can return the product to the return center within 30 days of the order date to receive a refund. If returned beyond this period, the product may be sent back.
Products must be returned according to Ella Yoo Jewelry's return procedure. When requesting a return, we will provide a shipping label for customers to attach to the repackaged parcel, which they must then send back to us.
The refund amount will have the return shipping cost deducted, and as return costs vary by location, please confirm specific prices for return costs.
The product must show no signs of use, scratches, etc. If the product shows signs of use, the return may be refused. Customers are responsible for any scratches incurred during return shipping, so they must check the packaging condition of the product upon return and ensure it’s enclosed in its original packaging.
Returned products are thoroughly inspected upon return request, and deviations from standards may result in refusal of return (e.g., made-to-order, event products).
Custom-made and event products are not eligible for returns.

EYJ does not assume responsibility for products sent via third-party shipping services. Please keep the return receipt and tracking number for return proof and tracking. Returned products are meticulously inspected upon delivery, and if they do not meet the standards, they may be refused. We only proceed with refunds if the delivery matches its original condition. If the product is damaged, deductions may be made from its value, or the return may be refused.
Cases where returns are rejected
- If the product is damaged or scratched due to the customer's responsibility.
- If the value of the product is diminished due to the customer's usage or partial consumption.
- If the value of the product significantly decreases due to the passage of time, making resale difficult.
- If the packaging of the product is severely damaged.
- If the jewelry tags are lost or damaged.
- If the product is a made-to-order or event product.
Product Exchange
EYJ does not typically offer exchange services; however, for rings, size exchanges are allowed once. After one exchange, refunds or additional exchanges are not permitted. Exchanging for different products requires going through the refund process and independently ordering a new product. Exceptions are made for defects or incorrect product delivery. Quality Guarantee
The warranty period for all products is two years from the date of receipt. The warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing, and we will repair or replace the product accordingly. However, we do not take responsibility for discoloration, wear, shape deformation, or damage caused by negligence or lack of maintenance due to wear. The warranty does not apply if someone other than our jeweler modifies, alters, or repairs the product.
Damage due to fire, natural disasters, accidents, or chemical damage is also not covered.
We do not take responsibility for gloss reduction over time or lock mechanism wear.
The warranty applies only to defects in materials and manufacturing. If a warranty issue is identified, the customer must provide photos, videos, and other documents to us. Based on the information provided by the customer, we will review and evaluate the defect and take necessary measures to resolve it according to our policy. The customer must cooperate with us in the resolution process and provide information for evaluation and repair. Shipping costs and related expenses incurred by evaluation, claims, or repairs are our responsibility. However, shipping costs may be charged to the customer if the damage is due to wear, natural damage, or other external factors.
