Shipping Policy

We offer worldwide shipping. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. Please review our processing times and shipping methods below.

1. Order Processing (Production Times)

Processing times vary based on the product type you select:

Ready to Wear (Ready to Ship): Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
Made to Order: Because these pieces are handcrafted specifically for you in Los Angeles, production takes:
- Lab-created stones: 2–3 weeks
- Natural stones: 6–8 weeks

If an item is unexpectedly out of stock or backordered, we will notify you with an update within 24 hours of your order.

2. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Complimentary Shipping: We provide free shipping via UPS 3rd Day Air for all orders within the contiguous United States (excludes HI, AK & U.S. Territories).
Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days from the shipping date.
Signature Required: For your security, all orders over $1,500 require a direct signature upon delivery.
P.O. Boxes: Please provide a physical address, as we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes via UPS.

3. International Shipping

Carriers & Fees: International orders are shipped via UPS or DHL. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the carrier's pricing.
Delivery Time: Estimated delivery takes 5–10 business days, but may vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance processes.

4. Tracking & Support

All shipments come with tracking information. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched.
